Refund Policy

ELETO INDIA – Official Refund Guidelines

Overview

At ELETO INDIA, we take every student’s journey seriously from enrollment to exam success. Refunds are applicable only under specific, verifiable conditions, ensuring fairness to both students and the institution. All refund decisions are made with integrity, transparency, and good faith. This document defines the terms and steps involved in requesting, processing, and approving a refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • The refund request must be submitted via email within 7 days from the official course commencement date.
  • Students must have attended no more than three (3) live classes or accessed less than 10% of total content.
  • Refunds apply only to the unused portion of the course fee.
  • Deductions apply for study materials, mock tests, and digital access already provided.

After 7 days from course start, no refund requests will be accepted except under special circumstances.

How to Apply for Refund

Refund requests are accepted only in writing via email.

  1. Send an email to eletoindia@gmail.com with subject:
    Refund Request — [Student Name] | [Course Name]
  2. Include the following details:
    • Student Full Name
    • Registered Mobile Number
    • Enrollment / Registration ID
    • Course Name & Batch
    • Date of Enrollment
    • Reason for Refund Request
  3. Attach:
    • Proof of payment
    • Identity proof (Aadhaar card)
    • Cancelled cheque or parent’s bank passbook
    • Any supporting documents (if special case)
  4. The finance and academic team will verify within 10 working days.

Special Case Refunds

a. Admission to Govt. Engineering College / IIT / NIT

  • Proof Required: Admission letter & fee receipt.
  • Refund: Up to 75% of remaining course fee.
  • Deductions: 25% administrative + academic access fee.
  • Deadline: August 31, 2026.

b. Medical or Emergency Conditions

  • Proof: Medical certificate / relocation proof.
  • Refund: Up to 50% of remaining course fee.

c. Course Discontinuation by ELETO

If ELETO INDIA cancels or discontinues a batch, students will receive full or partial refunds for the unused portion of fees.

Refund Amount Calculation

  • Classes attended or content consumed.
  • Deductions may include:
    • Digital access & study materials (10–15%)
    • Administrative & mentor allocation fee (10–20%)
    • Processing or transaction fee (2–3%)
